Locked-In Cash Plays
Betz – The easy answer here is Dak or Gibbs, but I want to give DFS Pass readers the confidence to play George Pickens. Washington is getting crushed on deep receptions, and the Cowboys have a huge team total. I love CeeDee and Pickens on this slate, but Pickens is just a little bit cheaper, so I’ll go with him.
Cash – Dak. The Commanders are a real Santa Claus when it comes to (not) defending the pass, giving up the second-most passing TDs (28) and fifth-most passing yards on the year. The Cowboys look to play it safe in the running game with Javonte Williams coming back next year, giving way to suddenly, kinda relevant Malik Davis (eight carries the last two weeks). Both teams have nothing to play for playoff-wise, but it’s a divisional game, and the Boys want to look cool on TV for Christmas. Williams was limited in practice on Tuesday, giving HC Brian Schottenheimer even more reason to air it out.
DraftKings Core Plays
| DraftKings-QB | BETZ | CASH |
| 1 | Dak Prescott | Dak Prescott |
| 2 | Josh Johnson | Bo Nix |
| 3 | Bo Nix | Jared Goff |
| 4 | Jared Goff | Josh Johnson |
| 5 | Max Brosmer | Max Brosmer |
This QB slate is unique in that there’s a couple of guys on a small slate who are highly, highly unlikely to find box score success…looking at you, Max Brosmer and Chris Oladokun. That means roster percentages will condense on Dak, Nix, Goff and Josh Johnson. We’re really interested in those four, but Dak should shred against a hapless Washington secondary that’s getting crushed for a league-worst 7.8 YPA.
